Among Ashtavaidyas Eledath Thaikkattu Mooss occupies an important position. Among members of earlier generation, there is mention of a Parameswaran Mooss and his younger brother Narayanan Mooss. Parameswaran Mooss had one son, Narayanan Mooss, who had four sons. Two of them died before marriage leaving behind Neelakandhan Mooss and Ravi Mooss. Neelakandhan Mooss had two sons, Narayanan Mooss and Divakaran Mooss. The title of Vaidyaratnam was conferred on Narayanan Mooss by the Viceroy for his meritorious services. His brother Divakaran Mooss too won national recognition as a physician and was invited to various parts of India for treatment. While at Bombay and at the Baroda Palace, he had opportunities to show his skill in Ayurvedic treatment. In 1914 he established the E. T. M. Vaidyasala at Ollur. Vaidyaratnam Narayanan Mooss had one son, Padmasree Neelakandhan Mooss, who started Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala. Divakaran Mooss had two sons, Ravi Mooss and Divakaran Aryan Mooss. Ravi Mooss has two sons, Divakaran Mooss and Narayanan Mooss. Divakaran Mooss has one son, Ravi Mooss, who has also a degree in Ayurveda.

The name of the trust is “AATMA AYURVEDIC TRUST” with registration No: 306/4/2022 and registered on 10 th November 2022.Office of the trust at present be “Room # 7/189D,Vija complex ,Near poovasserykav Ambalanada,Muriyad P.o.,Thrissur,Kerala,India.”
The trust have five trustees , they are E.T.Divakaran mooss,E.T.Ravi mooss, Arya P.E., Jobin Rajappan , Flaby K.R.
Now, as a part of trust we  Started an ayurvedic  wing in Lal Memorial Hospital ,Mapranam,porathissery,Thrissur,Kerala. we follow trust objectives there also.
Trust Conducted many free medical camps, awareness programs, take classes for ashtangam students and provide free medicines, medicinal plants , etc…

Conduct medical camp and seminar in sapthadina njattuvela maholsavam at karshika sevana kendram,pulinjodu on the topic “mazhakkala roghangalum ayurvedavum” on 27th June 2023.
Conduct a medical camp and free medicine distribution jointly by AMAI Irinjalakuda area and Aatma Ayurvedic Trust under the leadership of kannikara  pravasi association at St. Paul LP school, kannikara  on 14 th October 2023.
Conduct a medical camp on 23rd October 2023in association with  the group of viswa hindu parishad  and SNDP muriyad area along with Aatma Ayurvedic Trust
Conduct medical camp on 26th January 2024 at SNDP Yogam,mukundapuram.
Start Ayurveda wing in lal memorial hospital 14 th February 2024.
Conduct medical camp on 29th march 2024 jointly organised by  SNDP Shakha,AMAI Irinjalakuda area and Aatma Ayurvedic Trust at muriyad SNDP office.
Provide medicine water in summer season without any cost.
Conduct classes for ashtangam students.
Conduct awareness program related with environmental day at anandapuram Govt.UP school  under the organization of AMAI Irinjalakuda area and Aatma Ayurvedic Trust on 7th June 2024.
Provide preventing medicines to panthalloor area as a part of dengu awarness program on 16th June 2024 conducted by swanthanam charitable trust,harisree ayuvedic ,AMAI Pudukkad area.
Conduct medical camp jointly organized with avittathoor govt.ayurveda dispensary and AMAI Irinjalakuda area under the leadership of thumboor ayyappankav M.P.P.B.P.Samajam on 23rd June 2024.
Start smruthi meditation,counseling and yoga in Aatma Ayurvedic Trust at lal hospital from July onward.
Start karkidaka chikhilsa and distribution of karkidaka kanji and marunnunda from July onward .
Distribute medicines and services to medical camp at aardram centre on 14th July 2024.
Conduct  medical camp on 28/7/2024 at mullakkad in associated with AMAI irinjalakuda,st.mary’s HSS irinjalakuda NSS unit and muriyad panchayath ward 12th  .
Conduct medical camp on 6th October 2024 under the leadership of AMAI vanitha clinic Thrissur and jontly by  Aatma Ayurvedic Trust and Bethzeida traditional ayurvedic centre.
Distribution of medicinal plants to Irinjalakuda Govt. general  Hospital on 25 th October 2024.
Conduct class for anganvadi 81 ,anandapuram in association with AMAI Irinjalakuda area on the topic “kuttighalude aarogyam,padanam-vidyalayathinteyum kudumbathinteyum pankhu” related with anganvadi prevesanolsavam,kerala piravi on 1st November 2024.
